Payments & Refund Policy

Strict Non-Refundable Policy

Any subscriptions to Legatus Trading are NON-REFUNDABLE due to any circumstance. This applies to all tiers, including monthly and annual plans.

  • Cancellation Responsibility: Members are responsible for cancelling their subscriptions via legatus trading dashboard and ensuring their subscription is cancelled on PayPal via their personal PayPal dashboard.
  • Failure to Cancel: Any extra charges incurred due to a failure to cancel prior to the renewal date will not be refunded.

Privacy Policy & Data Collection

To provide our services, we collect specific data points managed securely via our database infrastructure.

Account Data

We store your Email, Username, and encrypted Password. We also track account verification status.

Payment Data

We do not store credit card details directly. We store your PayPal Payer ID and Subscription References to manage access and renewals via PayPal.

Discord Integration

We store your Discord ID and Discord Username to sync your subscription status with your role privileges on our server.

Security Tokens

Temporary tokens are generated and stored for Password Resets and Email Verification flows. These expire automatically.
